Refund policy
It is important that you open your order as soon as it arrives. Please notify us immediately if there are missing or damaged items. Reports of damaged/missing items must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless our product is faulty. Sistaco reserves the right to evaluate each situation case by case and can refuse replacement, exchange or refund if it is deemed the product does not have a fault caused by manufacture.
Any defects will be replaced as long as we have reasonable evidence such as a photo sent by email to sales@sistaco.com
